▪ Coordinated, the execution of outsourced research, conducted analysis, and the visual report writing of over 300 studies with internal & external (CROs) cross-functional teams to ensure uniform compliance of study standards through accurate execution of research products before reporting to departmental KOLs for potential pharmaceutical drug candidates.
Global Center for Hearing and Speech Research, University of South Florida, Tampa, FL Postdoctoral Research Scientist ▪ Contributing author to Projects 2 (Animal Behavior) and 3 (Animal Neurophysiology) of a $5-million, 5- year NIH National Institute of Aging PO1 grant (AG009524-21A1).
▪ Responsible for training, managing, and mentoring lab personal (including a post-doctoral researcher, 3 graduate students, and several cohorts of undergraduate students 5-7 per year) in data collection and analysis procedures for different experimental assays, resulting in international conference poster presentations and undergraduate honors theses.

Graduate Research Associate under Dr. Joseph Walton
▪ Planned, implemented, and managed a collaboration between the USF-GCHSR and the Aldrich lab at UT-Austin. This resulted in the first published in-vivo control of the auditory system using a small custom neuromodulating peptide. these findings were presented at several invited national conferences talks, in poster presentations, and in several Neurobiology of Aging and a Nature: Scientific Reports journal article.
USF Polytechnic and RFID Center for Applied Research, Lakeland, FL
Research Engineer
▪ Worked in an interdisciplinary team testing small scale and full production pharmaceutical packing lanes for radio frequency identification (RFID) enabled serialization, resulting in paradigms for integration of new labeling standard operating protocols (SOPs).
▪ Designed, set up, and validated an anechoic chamber for testing the pharmacokinetic effects of RFID technology on various biologics, resulting in SOPs for RFID enabled serialization.

Research Technician / Research Intern
▪ Worked on a variety of fast-paced academic consulting projects in collaboration with external industry and government agencies including Abbott Pharmaceuticals, Kroger, IPL Plastics, CVS, and the Department of Defense.
